Symptoms:
P0087 (Fuel Rail/System Pressure Too Low)
Code returns immediately after clearing (tested with two different OBD tools)
No Check Engine Light.
No hesitation, hard starting, stalling, or other drivability issues.
Only this one code.
It won't pass emissions testing with this code.
Multiple live data logs (warm and cold starts, idle, and under load) show normal fuel rail pressure: roughly 3,400–6,700 kPa (stable ~3,500 kPa at idle, rises appropriately with load)
On start, pressure began around 6,630 kPa and quickly settled to ~3,500 kPa (appears normal regulation).
Question:
Could it be the fuel rail sensor? I can't even find that part online.
