Got a 2013 Toyota Highlander with the 2grfe 3.5l engine with 107k miles. Was working great and one day just didn't want to start. It's clicking at the starter. Changed it out for a brand new one and it still only clicks. Battery is good 90% life. Charged
Things I tried,I checked starting system fuse it was good. Swapped starter relay still no change. Checked grounds all good. Put direct power to the starter solenoid and still only clicks. What else can I try?

I'm having the same exact issue with my honda, hope it's not cpu, the check engine should come on and off when cycling through the key positions i believe. I'm trying new ground cables next.
