Hi Scotty, My wife's 2013 Highlander just had 4 new tires put on it. While driving on the highway today the VSC system and light was constantly turning on and off. I don't think this problem happening after the tire change is a coincidence. Would you suggest taking it to our trusted mechanic and have him diagnose the problem before taking it back to the tire place?

Yes, a professional-grade scan tool is going to be needed to diagnose the problem. If the tire change had anything to do with it the cause would probably be a wheel sensor being disturbed.
