Hi Scotty,
I want to buy a used 2013 Toyota PreRunner pick up from private car lot. They claim it has 13000 miles! sells for $28k. Sounds too good to be true, what's your opinion?

That is a lot for a 10 year old 2wd mid size truck. I don’t care the miles.

Well I wouldn't believe it either. I wouldn't want absolute positive proof with all kinds of paperwork because any big mechanic with a fancy scan tool can set mileage to whatever they want using a computer. I would want absolute proof
