Hey Scotty! I have a 2013 Toyota RAV4 XLE 2.5 that is having A/C problems. The dual climate control has a 48 seconds delay (no power at all on the panel) After the 48 seconds it works fine. What could be causing the delay? Both cooling fans and the evaporator coil were replaced before the problem started! Thank you in advance!!!

- Well since the evaporator car was changed, that's a big job. Something was probably messed up in the dash and is either connected loose or a wire is pinched because I personally never seen that happen on a car unless the dash was taken apart and damaged was done internally
Hey Scotty, thank you for your reply! I found a couple of videos in YouTube of Toyotas with dual climate controls that have the same delay. According to the videos, it was the one of the “Blend Door Actuators”. Going to explore my options! Thank you again!!!
