My 2014 Honda Accord V6 coupe is having an issue. It takes a while to start, it's a push button start. You have to hold the button and it will eventually fire up. Also, sometimes while it is driving it jerks into I think it is 3rd gear. But if you turn it off and then turn it back on, it shifts fine. I have no idea what the issue is.
When you pressed the push button start, does the engine turn over?

Yeah, and after holding it for a few seconds it finally starts up
I assume there is no CEL. Replace the fuel filter and then pressure test the fuel pump.
what about the jerking into 3rd gear issue?
That should be checked with a high level scan tool. Might be an internal transmission issue.
