Whenever I turn my steering wheel all the way whenever parking or getting out of a parking spot it makes a popping sound. It was a vehicle with low fresh water flooding and has 12,000 miles.

park the car, get underneath so you can see and hear properly where it's coming from, and have a helper turn the steering wheel for you.
