I know you've mentioned to be leery of quality issues with Silverado and Sierra 1500 pickups, but what are your thoughts on engine and transmission quality and durability of these trucks with the bigger 6.2 V8 and max towing/3.42 rear-axle ratio capability? Do you believe these are better built and more reliable? Thank you! Bill

Now the 1500 still are kind of junky all the businessman I know here will only buy GMC 2500 and up for that reason. They all say they would never buy another Silverado again after buying one of those years and having it not hold up in their businesses
