I have a 2014 Camry le with 70k on it
do you recommend replacing the transmission fluid at this point ?
thinking of replacing the drive belt pretty soon as well.

Definitely replace. Keep that awesome car well maintained by replacing every 75k miles at minimum and the transmission will last forever.
