Hi, searching the internet and i found your question. I too have a 2014 camry 2.5 with 134k doing the exact same thing. However recently it through a tcc solenoid code( i don't have it in front of me) and i will be changing it this week. A local transmission parts store here in baton rouge, la sold me the solenoid and also gave me a diagram of where it is located on the valve body. This would possibly be the cause of this.

Well sometimes it is. Pray it is because if not you got to rebuild that tranny that is a small fortune
