2014 Chevy Malibu Ltz 2.4L /90k Automatic No codes. Car runs fine no problems there, problem here is after driving when i park and shut off the car i leave key in ignition and the car cranks once like if i turn the car on , the car wont turn on it just cranks briefly . It does that every time i turn off the car now and leave the key in the ignition , it happens within 15-30 seconds . I took it down to the chevy dealership since it's still under warranty and the mechanic said he'd never heard of that problem and they couldn't identify any problem, i doudt thats legit. I look forward to your opinion thank you.

The ignition switch needs replacing.
