I have a 2014 Fiat 500. Is it okay to use a pour-in oil additive in this engine, or would you recommend against it?
You have not given us much to go on. Why do you want to use an additive? What are you trying to achieve? The vast majority of oil additives are useless snake oil that do little more than lighten your wallet.

@chucktobias because. Scotty recommended this product on his YouTube channel. Would you recommend using it in a 2014 Fiat 500?
@bb-h It might help if you would tell us what product you are talking about.
@chucktobias I'm sorry. Thanks for letting me know that I missed that. The product that I'm talking about is 505 POUR-INS.

That's not really an additive in the sense of STP or Lucas that you leave in the oil, it's a cleaner that you use and then drain out. If you have reason to believe that your engine has excess carbon buildup I can't think of any reason it wouldn't be safe to use as long as you follow the instructions for its use. (Of course there is no way to guarantee specific results.)
@chucktobias Thank you.
