It's probably your HVAC fan motor. How old is the cabin air filter?

Its new 1 month old

Well, that would be the easy thing if it were caused by the filter. So it's probably your fan motor and those are a pain to replace on most vehicles.

That's where the fan motor is located and also the cabin air filter. the filter sits above the fan motor, and likely filled with a lot of debris if you've never changed it. With the filter  located above the fan motor, and you can drop a lot of crud into the fan motor so be careful when removing the cabin filter. Once you get the filter removed and debris cleaned out, run the fan, if it's still making the rotating scraping sound then you have noisy fan motor and change it.

Thank you so much
