My mode selector is no longer working after I got my transmission replaced by a mechanic shop. The owner is unaware of how to get it back operating. This component controls the various outputs for the engine. Such as sport mode, snow mode, eco mode and standard. Can you help me with resolving this issue. Thank you

after I got my transmission replaced by a mechanic shop.

Then they didn't do a good job. Complain to them.

@g-t I agree. If the problem occurred after having a tranny replaced then that's on the shop to fix it cuz clearly they messed something up. @Se_maj87 do you know if the shop has any sort of a warranty on the transmission?

@g-t yes, there should be a warranty and I am holding them accountable. I just don't trust them to do anything further with my car. I was out of work and didn't get an opportunity to take to the infiniti dealer to diagnose the issue. So I could take a detailed print out to the shop. I'm back working now so I am looking for to get this matter handle soon.

Good luck
