- Hey Scotty, my 2014 Kia Forte struggles to accelerate, and when I get it to 80 mph it will not go any further. When I do get it past 80 it makes a really loud noise. 😀 🥲 what is that all about and what should I do ?

Why would you want to go past 80 mph anyway? I'm surprised a Kia could even make it to 80 mph.

If not done recently give it a tuneup; replace air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, clean MAF sensor, check for vacuum leaks. Also check for codes. Clogged catalytic converter is another possibility.
