1993 Toyota Camry LE 3.0 engine auto trans 210,000 miles well maintained
While cleaning the MAF I broke off one male tine in the connector.
Car runs a little smoother and seems to run normally on streets and highway.
Prior to my "repair" the engine would rev a little higher than normal at start and then the RPMs would level out pretty quicky. It did not do this after the MAF cleaning procedure.
Should I be concerned about the connector damage?

you should fix it.
Without a MAF sensor reading, the computer will just guess how much fuel to add and that will cause you problems
