Hey Scotty, huge fan of yours. I got inside my (2014) Altima (159k miles) after work tonight. While I was trying to turn it on, it was struggling and idling very weird, check engine light came on, scanned it and I got code P0300. It stated that it's misfiring due to the spark plugs being worn/burnt out, but it didn't show which one and I was wondering if I could replace all of the spark plugs and the coils too or to just do only spark plugs. Thank you in advance

P.S. I have the 2.5 size engine with me.

Is this the only code that you're getting?

Forgot to mention, I also got code P0014, Exhaust Camshaft Variable Valve Timing Solenoid Valve

Well check the spark plugs of course they could be worn out but you're going to get a misfiring if you have a problem with that variable valve taught me so I would address that first because misfiring cannot make the cam code trip but the cam code can make misfires a car.
