I have a 2014 Nissan altima. I went thru the process with claim on defective headlights. I received my claim number and info. When I took my car to the dealer to get replaced for free, they denied me ,saying the headlights are fine. They supposedly did a spray foam test and it passed. I told them this is not what the lawsuit says. I even called Nissan corporate and filed a claim which they denied as well. Now who can I reach out to in the lawsuit because the only phone number I have on my claim form is of taped messages about timelines of the lawsuit. Any help would much be appreciated. Thx Tim
Well I warned people against buying Nissan's the companies are full of scumbags and they do that all the time I've had people that had bad engines that they refuse to fix when they were still under warranty. You're pretty much screwed other than complain to corporate people at Nissan if you can get a hold of them
