Love this truck, best I've had including Two new Honda Ridgelines. Bought the Ram new, taken really good care of it, but now has 112,000 miles. Never had an issue with it. Still runs like new, but it used a half quart of oil over last oil change period. Can I switch now to synthetic? Should I also add to clean the engine and injectors. Any other suggestions? Just drove it 400 miles at 72 MPH and got 23.9 MPG. Love this thing, almost traded for a new one and then decided, why, looks like new and runs great.

Also changed plugs and timing chain 20,000 miles back.

Definitely get a new PCV valve. It could explain the excessive oil consumption. Half a quart used over how many miles, you never said.
