I've got a GMC 2008 ACADIA it's making wrecking noise when turning left or right. I've checked the CV joints they look like in good condition.
Can you please a YouTube video of the noise and post the link here?

Check your wheel bearings.

Did you even watch the video? Scotty recommends a professional device, to help locate the source of noises..
