Hey Scotty! Love your YouTube channel!
I had a question in regards to my car. I drive a 2014 Scion FR-S automatic with 62k miles on it. I’ve had no problems with it until recently I started hearing this noise when I reach a speed of about 85mph. I live in TX, so it’s not very uncommon to go about that fast in the high way, but you know that😂 Anyway, when I get up to that speed it starts sounding like a rattling is happening. I’m not exactly sure what it is. It’s only on the front-left side of the car. I can feel a vibration in the steering wheel when the rattling starts happening. Do you have any idea what could possibly be wrong? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
get your wheels balanced
Improperly inflated tires, unbalanced wheel, dirt/debris built up on the inside of the wheel rim can all cause this kind of isolated problem. More often than not (at least in your region) a wheel weight has fallen off causing the wheel to become unbalanced.
