2014 Scion XB automatic - Central florida - takes a while to shift from 50/55-60 i dont have any leaks and i am not sure what to do ..some advise against tranny flush or even exchange... do you have any suggestions...please help

What's the mileage and when was the last time ATF was changed?
@yaser i dont know i was just purchased a year ago and everywhere i look advises not to change or flush ATF however im currently at 98500 - - - and its a 2014
I think you can change it (drain and refill), not the flush.
