2014 VW GLI - P151E code - Reduced speed threshold for oil pressure switching - revisiting advice after service

190K miles, stage 1 aftermarket Unitronic tune

I recently replaced my timing chain ($1300 parts/labor) (tensioner was pushed out 6 rings)

I recently replaced the oil pressure switch on side of the engine ($175 parts/labor)

I recently had an oil pressure test - A OK - also said the oil pump was good ($175 labor at dealer)

Still getting this stupid code - only on OBDeleven scanner - not a light on the dashboard

Any other idea I should look for? Bad OBD? Bad catalytic converter? What to troubleshoot?

Runs and idles smooth, good gas mileage

I'm anal-retentive and want to fix this. Had this code off and on since 60K miles when I bought the car used and before tune was installed. so off and on over 130K miles.
