Hey Scotty, I'm getting into a 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited in a couple of weeks through Carvana. 90k miles on it and 4 previous owners. Lived it's life in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas (twice). Anything I should be keeping an eye out for or plan to do for maintenance regardless of their 150 point inspection? No issues reported on the carfax either.

Always have it inspected by good mechanic before you buy.

2 red flags: 1.) Carvana, which is becoming a dumping ground for problematic vehicles; 2.) 4 previous owners on a 90,000 mile vehicle
Run away!
No issues reported on the carfax either.
You can’t rely on Carfax completely since not all issues are reported.
