2015 Acura ILX 2.0 voltage stays around 12.4-12.6volts. changed the alternator and battery already with no luck. I noticed if you unplug the sensor on the negative terminal the voltage goes to 14.3 volts. All the vsa, abs, hill start assist and other lights are on in the dashboard.i also notice you have to press the start/stop button 3 times before it turns off. In live data I saw the ELD voltage at 30volts. Only codes are u0122, 83-02, and 85-01.

Please describe exactly how you measured it.
I'm interested to know the engine-on voltage directly on the alternator (positive post and alternator case), versus directly across the battery terminals.
In live data I saw ...
in the live data did you see anything like voltage commanded by the PCM?
ELD voltage at 30volts.
that doesn't sound right. This may help

@imperator I measured at the battery terminals. I don't think I see voltage commended by PCM. The 30 volts from the eld was watching live data
I measured at the battery terminals.
if the circuit between alternator and battery is broken, then it won't charge. Try measure volts on the alternator.
@imperator ok I will look into it, thank you

U0122 is a control module communication error. I think it's a symptom, so I would ignore it until you fix the electrical problem
The other codes are some kind of proprietary Honda codes. They're not standard, and Honda seems to guard these from the public. Nice.
