We are buying my 20 year old sister a car.
The goal is something not too old, reliable, cheap to run.
Is a 2015 Audi too old to be reliable?
Audi A1, 1.6 TDI, 123,000 km, 6 speed auto
A3 and higher are too old or have high mileage.
Any other suggestions?

In the U.S. an Audi would not meet either of those criteria. Here they are known as endless money pits.

I'm not familiar if this engine already has Ad-Blue additive or not. I'd rather get one without that crap. How long does she plan to have it? For a longterm, I personally prefer a manual transmision.
