I have a 2014 Explorer with the 3.5 non turbo and is not 4x5. Had the transmission replaced about 2 years ago under warranty. I am having a problem where sometimes when I drive around then come to a stop it’ll shake and rumble but when I put it in park then back in drive the shaking stops. Is it the transmission most likely or a transmission mount.

Is it the transmission
it can be a misfiring engine too

Do the simple stuff first, check your engine and transmission mounts.
