Did my mechanic ruin my 2015 f150 XL 3.5 non turbo?

I have various codes in a 2015 f150, I have no idea what it is. The truck lost power at a stop sign and felt like a misfire. The car stall out and wouldn't crank back up. Everyone thought it was the fuel pump, which I asked this mechanic to replace. He replaced it and the codes that came up were intake sensor and misfires. I replaced the sensors and spark plugs, the truck cranked (very rough) but only one code stayed on. It was a sensor next to the fuel pump which is above the gas tank. I went under there and I found out that the cables going to the sensor were ripped off, I took a picture and video and call the mechanic to come back and fix it. (Keep I mind that was the only code I had on) he pull the fuel tank down and yeah he said it was his mistake, and attempted to fix it but he stated that he couldn't find a diagram to figure out were each pin would go to. So he gives it a try and installs it. The car cranks but still not running right. Now I have 7 codes including the one for that sensor and previous sensors I had already fixed. My guess is that he wired it wrong and short-circuit the harness. Any ideas?

Codes: p1703, p1780, p0012, p0017, p0022, p0300, p052b

Very possible he could have definitely put you in a bind. He said he couldn’t find a diagram but went ahead and tried to make the repair anyway…. 🤦‍♂️ Yikes 😬 I’d either try to find something online or find a mechanic that knows the repair or can find the diagram and make ol try hard pay for the fix.

I asked this mechanic to replace

he's a hack, not a mechanic. Find a real shop.

Definitely take @mmj advice and consider small claims court.
