2015 Ford F150 xlt 145,000 miles
Windshield wipers will only work on highest speed. The windshield washer/spray will not work too. I changed the switch on the column and that didn’t fix it. Checked all fuses and relays and they all seem good. Any idea what the next step should be. Thanks!

That stuff is controlled by the body module. If it's not a simple electrical fault a bidirectional scan tool will be needed for testing.
