I have a 2015 Ford Focus w/ ~104k miles and is affected by the transmission recall. Currently waiting for new transmission. I took it into the dealership to get the TCM diagnosed and alerted them about my car overheating when idle. Got it back and they said everything is working fine: good on coolant, good sensor, good thermostat. The overheating comes with rough, shaky idling. I should mention I moved to a hotter than normal place in the last year and it didn’t start doing this until this summer. Any ideas on the issue? Thank you Scotty!!!
