Hey Scotty! So I need your opinion if I should be buying this car or not. It’s a 2015 genesis G80 with 167k miles for $6,000. The car has been frequently maintenance with 2 previous owners. I’m not sure how reliable these vehicles are with the amount of miles it has. Will it last like my 05 Honda pilot with 338k miles? lol
Another option is to finance a 2019 Infiniti Qx80 with 119k miles priced at $1700.
It could be a good purchase if you enjoy paying huge $$$$ for expensive repairs. However if instead you value your wallet, look elsewhere.

@chucktobias oh I see definitely don’t want that. So when it comes to luxury cars. Would a Lexus be more reliable since they’re made by Toyota? This is going to be my first luxury type car and I want something that is reliable and that I can work on my self. I’m definitely staying away from the complex bmw and Mercedes.
Lexus would certainly be better, of course avoiding any models with inherent serious problems. However any luxury car can become a money pit as it ages. As with any used vehicle, a thorough examination by a good mechanic BEFORE purchase is a must.
