Hey yall need answers i have a 1991 cadillac brougham with 5.7 350 i have changed the
AC Evaporator
Accumulator & filter tube
I keep getting different answers that they need to be preoil others say they do not need oil the only thing i have not changed is condenser ac compressor is new as well and i added 2ounces before installing is that enough for it? R4 compressor
Have you consulted the shop manual for that car?

The "17" in a circle listed under "compressor" is not ounces of oil, that refers to a numbered note which appears to be missing in the lemon-manuals graphic. (The entire system only holds 8 ounces of oil.) The new AC compressor should have come with instructions on how much oil it needs.
Unfortunately the only way to really tell how much oil is in the system is to dump oil out of the compressor and flush out the rest of the system. (The drier cannot be flushed, it would need to be replaced.)
@chucktobias o ok so i should be good? Ac compressor i added 2ounces drier i did 3ounces i jst need the AC Evaporator only thing i have not changed is the ac condenser but i think im going to change it as well
If that's what the compressor instructions say you should be OK. If you replaced the old compressor due to an internal failure it's a must to change the condenser, expansion valve or orifice tube, drier, and flush out the rest of the AC system to get all the debris out. (Not necessary if the compressor was replaced due to an external problem such as a bad clutch, though the warranty on the new compressor may require those steps.)
@chucktobias 1st time ac compressor was changed due to leaking from clutch so i changed it n ac was working for couple weeks so after that thats when i decided to change the rest of the parts i tried charging the system on my own but believe i over charged the system becaise i notice ac compressor going out so now im here trying to at least have the parts installed before i take it to a pro to charge it
orifice tube was changed after i messed up the new compressor as well the 1st time it leaked out
