The driver's rear window will go down, but will not go back up from the master switch, and also will not go down or up from the driver's rear window switch. The passenger's front window will go down from the master switch, but will not go back up sometimes, and will not go up or down from the passenger's side front switch.
I can power both windows up or down directly from each door individually by grounding and sending direct power to them. How do I fix this?
You could start by testing the switches if you have not already done so.

@keith1keith You hadn't mentioned that initially. Next step would probably be to obtain a wiring diagram and start doing basic electrical troubleshooting to find where the power stops when the switches are operated. Hopefully it's not a flaky body module.
