I have a 2015 GMC Terrain 2.4L with 110,000 miles. I recently had the timing chain replaced and a new battery put in. Recently, two issues have popped up at the same time. 1) All 4 windows have become weak to roll up or down. 2) There is a strange knocking sound coming from the rear passenger side of the car when at idle when the car is first warming up. My first thought was the fuel pump, but I'm not sure. Could the alternator be causing both of these issues? Thanks!

1) what is your battery voltage with the car running?
2) the knocking is most likely your suspension, or maybe the exhaust touching something.
