Looking at 2015 Lexus GX 460 with high mileage (110K). Dealer is asking around $30K. Is it a wise purchase?
Any specific issues besides rust I should be looking at pre-purchase inspection?

You should first ask yourself the following question:
Do you really need a luxury truck with high fuel consumption and high repair bills.
If the answer is yes, find one with a private seller and good service history and have a mechanic check the truck before purchase.
Any specific issues with GX are anticipated at higher mileage?
Yes, a comfy ride and a powerful v8 are attractive, and if GX at 110K miles is generally as reliable as my 4Runner at 80K, I think it is an option worth considering.
I had RX which I drove to its death at 180K, but I wouldn't overpay for it when it was at 110K mark. GX feels like a more solid platform.
