Hey Scotty love the youtube channel!
I have a 2005 Toyota Matrix with 195k miles on it. I have kept it up over the years and it runs great...very reliable car. But I have noticed over the last couple of Chicago winters that when the car is cold, it doesn't shift into overdrive until it's warmed up for several minutes of driving. I don't recall when I had the transmission fluid last changed but I'm thinking it may be time.
I don't have a scan tool...yet so I can't tell you if it's throwing any codes.
Best guess???

Be careful with changing the transmission fluid if it has not been changed. You may end up having more issues.

See the FAQ entry on changing transmission fluid.
