I have recently bought this 2015 Honda Civic with 105k miles, no info on previous maintenance besides normal Oil changes. I am unaware of any maintenance done on transmission so I was wondering if changing the fluid now could do any harm to it. Ive already bought all the fluid and tools I need, just curious if this is worth doing. I know these CVT transmission don't last too long so I want to try to make it last as long as possible.

I doubt changing the fluid would do any harm at 105k. id say as long as you just simply change it, and not flush it it will be fine. those cvts are fragile man. its by no means an aisin transmission, and you have to be super careful with them. now if it was 100k miles later and you asked this...
