Hey Scotty! Thanks for replying to my question about my Prelude! I have another about my 2015 Civic Si. I changed Transmission fluid on it the other day and I put 2 qts of oil in the transmission because that's what it say it takes. Some people have said to loosen the filler on the side of the transmission to let any excess fluid leak out. What do you think is best?

That’s something that you can do, just make sure you don’t damage anything and put it back in correctly. although I’d just recommend you replace the filter too.
measure out how much fluid came out, if you put in too little / too much you can brick your transmission especially if it’s a fragile CVT.
