Bought new, has had no crank no start issues often. All lights work, but will not crank. Took it in a few years ago they replaced the battery, worked fine. Last year started doing it again, they replaced the fuse box. Now it's happening again. Only have about $2000 left to pay off. Been stranded before because of this issue. Sometimes will not start at all but radio and lights work fine. Then if I'm lucky, a few hours later it will work perfectly fine.

Sounds like a possible grounding issue. Also check the alternator output. It might be enough to do the lights but not enough to spin the starter. The starter motor itself should also be suspected, especially being 6 years old and a Chrysler product.
