Please help urgent
2015 Kia Forte LX, I had transmission changed last month ( used transmission with 42,000 km on it ) and it's shifting hard . First 3 gears shifts hard and I can actually feel it and it accelerate slow from stop. I took back to Honda dealership ( they changed it for me) and they can't find any problems , they found no lights on or issue with transmission, filled the fluid and scanned the system but still they can't find solution. They contacted Kia and Kia dealership told there is no issue with transmission and it don't need relearning or reprogramming. What I need to do. Honda mechanic told me to drive more and come back next week. If nothing changes they gonna replace the transmission with other one.

I went to Honda as my wife works there and I got transmission install in cheap reasonable price ($1500) compare to Kia quote for CAD$ 4800

Mate, the trouble lies with your vehicle OEM. They’re notorious for building junk. The fact that you had to instal another transmission in your 6 yr old Kia, should have set alarm bells ringing in your head.
Hyundai/Kia keep telling customers that engine & transmission trouble is normal, so good luck having your issue resolved by them.
Here’s what I would do - since your wife works at Honda, try your best to trade it in there (or sell it yourself in the open market) and pick up a good used Civic/Corolla from the Honda dealership (with fat discounts).
Let go of the Kia before it bankrupts you with unending repair bills.

It didn't have shifting hard problem before. Reason I changed transmission bcz it was making metal scratching sound in transmission. Rather than that there was no issues with transmission and this new one is shifting hard after few days of changing. Recheck the fluid and scanned but nothing changed
Korean vehicles are just built poorly. Very low quality. You’re stuck between a rock & a hard place now. Since you have the option of replacing your transmission with yet another one, try your luck.
Honda told me to drive around for few days. They gonna flush the oil and put fresh one and if it still do we they told me they gonna replace transmission with no cost . So hopefully everything works well
