I notice when my 2015 Kia Forte5, SX, 1.6L Turbo, 6sp Manual, 120K miles engine is under load in a tall gear at low RPM there is a chirping sound of the engine on the belt side. Any ideas? Wasn’t sure if it’s the drive pulley.

You should not be lugging the engine ("under load in a tall gear at low RPM"), you need to downshift under those conditions.
How old is the fan belt?
