Hi, my neighbors 2015 Kia Sportage started bogging out, acted just like my car when my head gasket went out. My son fixed mine. Is it just as easy to fix the KIA as it was to fix my 1993 Honda Accord. Thanks in advance. Love your channel as well😁

No.
In general no 2015 vehicle is going to be as easy to work on as something made 30 years ago. Lots more complex crap to deal with.
Before concluding that the Kia's head gasket is blown some diagnosis really needs to be done. A lot of things can make an engine bog down. It could be as simple as a clogged fuel filter.
