Our 2015 Lexus rx350 had 225/55/19 all season tires when we bought it in April 2024. We live in New Brunswick Canada, can we put 225/50/18R winter tires on it without causing any issues.

You can use 19 inch or 18 inch wheels. Why would you want to use smaller tires?
235/60/18 tires are recommended, 225/50/18 tires are 2.2 inches smaller in circumference.
