2015 Lexus RX350 Tranny Fluid Change

I saw a lot of questions regarding transmission fluid change on these so-called "sealed transmissions", but couldn't find an answer to my question.   We just bought 2015 Lexus RX350 F Sport with 8 spd trans, with no dipstick.  It is in mint condition and has 60K miles on it.

1.  How often do I need to drain and fill the tranny ?  What is the service interval ?   Can't find where Scotty actually recommends how often to change the fluid.

2.  I know most of the fluid remains, but if you change it often enough I guess thats fine.  Am I wrong on that?

Thanks for your help on this.

Check your owners manual. Some say never, because it is a lifetime fluid. But they calculate the lifetime of the car wayyyyy shorter than we would be using it.

Some say take what it says in the manual and half it.

Some say every 100K-120K miles.

Some go further and suggest half that, every 50K-60K miles.

I think for most cars the above will be sufficient. At the bare minimum so it 100K-120K miles. But 50K-60K miles ain’t gonna hurt.

If it is a CVT more frequent is better. Especially a Nissan Jatco CVT, more often is better to prolong the life of it: 25K-30K miles.

I believe this video by a Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician will answer your question (and then some):
