So I have a friend who wanted to buy one of these cars and she is not changing her mind and I need help to decide for her which is best for her. The Mercedes has 124,000 Miles for $16,000 and the Cadillac has 72,500 miles for $14,999. Both are private party and the Mercedes has new wheels and we both love the wrap on it so we leaning more towards it. Please give me y'alls thoughts!
your friend's crazy those are both high maintenance endless money pit cars but if she must buy one get the Mercedes

They are both bad choices, especially at those higher mileages. If she wants a Mercedes or Cadillac, why not lease a newer one? If she buys either of those and out of warranty, it will be a costly mistake over time as she racks up the miles.

Well, I would buy neither since they are cheaper-made luxury cars. I would lease a newer model of either car, but if I had to pick I would go with the Mercedes. That said, has she considered at least a C class? The C class IMO is a better-made car. She can also look at the Infiniti G37, Lexus IS, Acura TL since those will outlast both cars.
