I have a 2015 Toyota Rav with 95,000 miles. 2.5 Liter engine. 2 hours after my wife came home yesterday and parked the Rav I happened to roll by it in my wheelchair and heard a fairly loud buzzing noise coming from underneath and to the rear of the vehicle. I called her out with the keys and had her start it, back it up and turn it off. A buzzing sound from under the hood that stopped in 15 to 30 seconds and the buzzing from under the car and to the rear had stopped. She said she always hears the buzzing under the hood when she shuts it off but the buzzing from underneath is another issue. Possibly a bad fuel pump relay switch? Help! These problems drive me nuts.

It sounds like you're on the right track with the fuel pump relay remaining energized after shut off. See if you can swap it out with another identical relay on the vehicle to isolate the problem. Any codes showing?
Thanks for responding. No Codes. How would I know if another relay would be identical to the fuel pump relay?

Pull out the one for the fuel pump, and grab a matching one from another system.
