I need a new truck and have found a 2015 V6 4x4 Tacoma for 20k and wanted to know if there are any issues with this model of truck. It has 155k miles yes 155k in 5 years and it says it was involved in a side swipe on the driver side of the vehicle. Is it worth checking out or just keep looking?
20 k for a truck with 155k miles, It has also been sideswiped you don't know if it has frame damage so I would be very leary. I would keep looking because those Tacomas can last forever.
Its a good truck but make sure to have a mechanic check it out. If it has an accident and so many miles I would offer him 14 not 20 and negotiate if you like and mechanic says its good go ahead. Check out car complaint websites to see what you need to check.
2015 has been ranked by experts as one of the best Tacos ever mad, excluding the early 80's model Hilux with the 22R engine. Have it checked out by a pro, including a compression test and leak down test. This year Tacoma is commanding premium prices because they are that good.
