2015 Xterra pro 4x creak 73k miles automatic

Scotty!! 

oh man this is driving me mad with Nissan. I’ve had this creak coming from the front end and can’t figure it out.

Took it to the dealer and they replaced all the brakes and rotors, did an alignment and flushed the brake system for $1500 😞.

Creak went away until the weather dried up again and surprise! It’s back.

 So it happens when I roll over speed bumps and when I put weight on the front end as seen in video. It only stops when it rains or is humid and when I hit the brakes. 

Please let me know what you think? My best guess is it’s coming from a frame bushing.

Could be a frame bushing, ball joint, strut or strut mount.
