Looking for a Transmission shop in Houston, North West/Cypress Texas.
I have a 2016 Chevy Tahoe with 197k miles looking for a Rebuild. Trying to avoid buying a GM Rebuild Trans.

Read the Frequently Asked Questions on the main page. There are several Texas mechanics recommended. "Precision" specializes in GM transmissions.
I highly suggest you get an off the shelf remanufactured, dyno tested, and warrantied transmission from major distributor, rather than having yours rebuilt.

Well good luck on that one. The only guy that was Jim shine a shine transmission and he retired years ago and sold the business to someone who I would not send people to
