I have a 2016 Ford escape. I've noticed that when I'm breaking at speeds over 40 I get this dull pulse in the brake pedal or it actually feels like it's in the front part of the car. It doesn't happen every time but it's noticeable when it does what could the problem be?

warped brake rotors. Replace them.
